1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be provided in the following situations:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • For return/replacement you can contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Note: Due to the consumable nature of our products, refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Taste preferences

  • Incorrect order placed by the customer


2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Email us at support@bravesenterprise.in with the following:

    • Order number

    • A brief explanation of the issue

    • Clear photos showing the problem

  2. Our team will verify your request within 2–3 business days.

  3. If approved, your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Opened or used spice products

  • Returns requested beyond 48 hours of delivery

  • Products bought during sales, offers, or discounts

  • Bulk or wholesale orders


4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.


5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or missing items:

  • Contact us immediately

  • Share clear photos/videos as proof

  • We will work to resolve the issue with either a refund or replacement, as applicable

  • Replacement/exchange will be delivered within 5-6 days.
